The hotel's location is fantastic, close to main attractions and with a shopping area and market nearby. the room is beautifully decorated, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the reception desk are really kind and nice. the room was quiet and luxurious with a view of the canal. - A delightful hotel, my first choice in Venice.

The breakfast was good, the staff was very attentive, friendly and personal, thus creating a familiar impression. There was always someone there who spoke German very well and always had tips at hand. Simply great, highly recommended also because of the excellent location.

The place was spotlessly clean and luxurious, it had very efficient staff at the reception desk. The location was peaceful and perfect - just 5 minutes' walk from Campo dei Gesuiti. Restaurants and bars were located a short walk to the hotel.

Our deluxe king room was well-equipped with central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. the complimentary breakfasts included fresh fruit and prosecco, and the location of the hotel was ideal.

The staff were accommodating and were around whole time. It was compact, decent size and with a lovely view.

Guests can indulge in a lovely breakfast accompanied by wine.

Breakfast was "Italian" with extras. Coffee very good, tea selection large, also cappuccino was available free of charge. Sausage and cheese selection with 6 - day stay somewhat boring, since always the same was offered. It was very pleasant that in the afternoon again pastries, tea and coffee were free of charge, as well as in the evening canapés, nuts and chips with prosecco and mineral water. The rooms were very quiet, the staff was very friendly. Large selection of different pillows, very good WLAN.

A wonderful hotel with attractive facilities and wonderful staff. The room takes you back in time and you will sleep heavenly quiet. The breakfast is plentiful and very tasty. The hotel surprised me with a piccolo for my birthday. Many thanks for this nice gesture.

It was a great hotel, we had to take a water taxi to find it as we arrived late........location was great to most areas of Venice and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
